  • 30 days of follow-up support for questions after handoff

TIMELINE: 6-8 WEEKS

  • Week 1: Initial strategy call (60–90 minutes) to understand your brand, Shopify setup, and goals.
  • Week 1–2: Account creation, list imports, segmentation setup, and integration with Shopify.
  • Week 2–5: Build and design 6 automated flows + 4 branded campaign templates.
  • Week 5: Follow-up review call (45–60 minutes) to walk through automations and design.
  • Week 5–6: Revisions and refinements based on feedback.
  • Ongoing: 30-day post-handoff email support for questions or troubleshooting.

Payment: 50% upfront, remainder on delivery.

  • Week 2–4: Redesign/refine existing flows, create refreshed templates, and implement improvements.
  • Week 4: Follow-up review call (30–45 minutes) to go over changes.
  • Week 4–5: Light revisions based on feedback.
  • Ongoing: 30-day post-handoff email support.

Scale: Seasonal Email Support (3 Months)

For teams happy with their current setup but needing extra help during busy seasons (like holidays or Black Friday).

  • 2 campaigns per week: designed, written, and sent

TIMELINE: MONTHLY CYCLES
